Consignment FAQs
Q: What if I want to know which items have been accepted for consignment?
A: Please bring only items you are ready to consign to us at A Grander Plan. While we can’t provide you a list of what is consignable and what is not, it is in both of our best interests to consign all we can. Plus you can feel good that any items not consignable will be donated to the Settlement Home For Children.
Q: How long will it take my item(s) to sell?
A: The length of time for an item to sell varies greatly, depending on seasonality, market demand, region of sale, and saturation. However, we consistently monitor, market, and promote every item to sell as quickly as possible for the best price.
Q: Will I know when each of my items sells and details of the sale?
A: You receive a payout for items sold the previous month. Because there is a return period, payment for items sold late in a month is held until the first of the following month after. Upon request, we are happy to email detailed information about each sale (fees, taxes, etc.).
Q: When will I receive payment from any of my items sold?
A: Payouts are sent on the first business day of each month via Zelle (preferred) or Venmo.
Q: What if I change my mind and want something back that I consigned?
A: Once items have been previewed, listed, and marketing has begun we can not return items you have chosen to consign. Please be sure you are ready to part with all items you consign with us knowing we are working hard to sell them.
